Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps


Ingredients:
Ground or diced chicken breast
Zucchini & carrot, julienned
Garlic & ginger minced
Soy sauce or tamari (low sodium)
Green onions, chopped
Sesame seeds (black & white)
Butter lettuce leaves
Instructions:
Sauté garlic and ginger in a little olive oil.
Add chicken, cook until browned.
Toss in zucchini and carrot, cook 2-3 mins until tender-crisp.
Add soy sauce, stir to coat.
Serve mixture wrapped in butter lettuce leaves.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
