Banana Avocado Breakfast Bowl with Eggs & Berries


Ingredients:

2 eggs, scrambled 🍳

1/2 banana, sliced 🍌

1/2 avocado, sliced 🥑

1/4 cup blueberries 🫐

1/4 cup blackberries 🖤

A few cherry tomatoes, halved 🍅

A handful of arugula or mixed greens 🌿

Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

Prepare the eggs: Scramble them lightly with a pinch of salt and cook until fluffy.

Assemble the bowl:

Arrange greens as the base.

Add scrambled eggs, avocado, banana slices, blueberries, blackberries, and tomatoes in sections.

Garnish: Sprinkle fresh parsley on top for a vibrant finish.
