Chopped Chicken Avocado Salad Bowl


Ingredients:
1 cup shredded cooked chicken breast

1 avocado, diced

2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup sweet corn (fresh, canned, or thawed frozen)

2 cups chopped romaine or green leaf lettuce

Salt & black pepper to taste

Optional Dressing:
2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar

1 tsp Dijon mustard

Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:
Prepare Ingredients: Slice eggs, dice avocado, halve tomatoes, and shred chicken.

Layer Salad: In a bowl, add a bed of lettuce. Neatly arrange chicken, avocado, corn, tomatoes, and eggs in sections.

Dress: Drizzle with olive oil or prepared dressing.

Serve Fresh: Garnish with black pepper or herbs if desired.
