Ingredients:
- labahita dried fish or Tuyo
- sweet potato tops / talbos ng kamote
- radish
- onion
- tomatoes
- calamansi juice
- red chilies
- a bit of sugar
- salt and pepper
Methods:
☑️ Soak the labahita dried fish in water for 5 minutes, drain. Fry in heated oil until golden brown then shred.
☑️ Boil the sweet potato leaves until soft.
Combine and toss all the ingredients in a serving dish.
