Grilled Chicken Rice Bowl

Ingredients:

1 grilled chicken breast, sliced

1 cup cooked brown rice

½ cucumber, sliced

Lettuce leaves

Tomato wedges

Black sesame seeds (optional)

Fresh herbs (parsley or cilantro)

Instructions:

Grill Chicken: Season and grill chicken breast, then slice.

Prepare Rice: Cook brown rice and fluff with a fork.

Assemble Bowl: Place rice in a bowl. Top with chicken slices, cucumber, lettuce, and tomato.

Garnish: Sprinkle with black sesame seeds and fresh herbs.
