🍗 Ingredients
2 cooked chicken breasts (grilled or roasted), sliced or shredded
1 large ripe avocado, sliced or mashed for creamy texture
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
½ small red onion, thinly sliced
4 cups mixed lettuce or salad greens
Fresh herbs (parsley, cilantro, or basil), chopped
Salt & black pepper to taste

2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh lime or lemon juice
1 tsp honey or maple syrup
½ tsp Dijon mustard (optional)

🔪 Instructions
1️⃣ Prep the Ingredients
Slice the chicken, avocado, tomatoes, and red onion.
Wash and dry the mixed lettuce leaves.
2️⃣ Make the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, honey, mustard (if using), salt, and pepper.
3️⃣ Assemble the Bowl
In a large salad bowl, layer the mixed greens.
Arrange chicken slices, avocado (sliced or mashed), cherry tomatoes, and red onion beautifully on top.
Drizzle with the dressing.
4️⃣ Finish & Serve
Sprinkle with fresh chopped herbs.
