Ingredients
For the chicken strips:
2 chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch strips
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
Β½ tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper, to taste
For the salad:
2 cups mixed greens (lettuce, arugula, etc.) π₯¬
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved π
1 cucumber, sliced π₯
Β½ red onion, thinly sliced π§
For the dressing:
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice π
Salt & pepper, to taste

Marinate the chicken:
In a bowl, toss strips with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Air-fry:
Preheat your air fryer to 200 Β°C (400 Β°F).
Arrange strips in a single layer (work in batches if needed).
Cook for 10β12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crunchy.
Prep the salad:
In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
Whisk the dressing:
In a small jar or bowl, shake or whisk olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until emulsified.
Assemble:
Drizzle dressing over the salad, then top with hot chicken strips.
