Ingredients:
Grilled chicken breast, sliced
Romaine lettuce, chopped
Purple cabbage, shredded
Cherry tomatoes, halved
Cucumber, sliced
Corn kernels
Green onions, chopped
Sesame seeds
Dressing:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp honey
1 tsp rice vinegar
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Grill or pan-sear chicken with seasoning of choice. Slice.
- Toss all veggies in a large bowl.
- Add chicken on top.
- Drizzle with dressing, sprinkle sesame seeds, and mix.
