Steak, Shrimp, and Veggie Skillet

This Steak, Shrimp, and Veggie skillet is a low-carb, high-protein meal that requires just one pan! Packed with tender steak, juicy shrimp, and colorful veggies, this dish is full of bold flavors and perfect for a quick, healthy dinner.1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined1 zucchini, sliced1 bell pepper, chopped1/2 onion, chopped1/2 cup asparagus, chopped2 tbsp olive oil2 cloves garlic, minced1 tsp smoked paprika1 tsp chili powder1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper1 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos1 tbsp butter (optional)Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.Add steak slices and season with salt, black pepper, and chili powder. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.In the same skillet, add another tbsp of olive oil and sauté the onions, bell peppers, zucchini, and asparagus for 4-5 minutes until tender.Add the minced garlic and shrimp to the skillet. Sprinkle with smoked paprika and soy sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until shrimp turn pink.Return the cooked steak to the skillet and mix everything together.Add butter for extra richness (optional) and cook for 1 more minute.Remove from heat and serve hot.
